Whether you are a seasoned runner or total beginner, training for a Marathon, Half-Marathon or 10k on your own can be daunting and lonely. But with the help of former GB athlete Alice, it doesn’t have to be.

This training subscription enables you to leverage Alice’s elite marathon running experience - she is currently ranked 1st in the UK in her age group, and 4th in the World.

Alice puts together a bespoke training programme based on your running history, capacity to train, work-life balance and running goals.

Each plan combines a variety of running sessions with drills and Strength & Conditioning exercises that are so beneficial to form, function and injury prevention.

The training subscription costs £25 / week and includes the following:

  • A personalised training programme delivered to you every fortnight via Training Peaks.

  • Bespoke Strength & Conditioning exercises – just as important to your race preparation as running.

  • Session data analysis to ensure optimum pace and results.

  • Fortnightly feedback and communication (online or over the phone).

  • Help with building mental resilience.

  • Pre-race support – race selection, tactics, practical considerations, race-day nutrition.

  • Post-race follow-up.
