1-1 Training

Alice creates fun and varied fitness programmes that are tailored to you, your goals and ability.

Sessions combine cardio – boxercise, running, skipping, HiiT, circuits – with strength & conditioning exercises using weights, bodyweight, bands and a TRX, that will leave you buzzing and with just the right amount of burn!

Programmes are designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and posture, as well as cardiovascular health.

Sessions are carried out in the park, at clients’ homes, at Alice’s home or, for those who are unable to meet in-person, via Zoom.

1-1 training includes:

• Initial consultation to chat about short- and long-term goals

• Pre-session health & fitness questionnaire

• Blood pressure, heart rate and BMI assessment

• A dynamic movement assessment in our first session

• Form and technique tutoring during the sessions

• Feedback and progress-tracking

1-1 price: £65/hour | £378 for 6 sessions

1-2 price: £85/hour | £495 for 6 sessions

Zoom (1-1) price: £50/hour or £290 for 6 sessions
